About the pictures: The crow, wonderful painting, is the official poster/T-shirt for the festival. Artist: Wendy Worsham Signage just to identify the show. Booths/Tents....well, there were 300 and it took awhile. The day was overcast...absolutely NO sunshine at all...windy, cold and off and on rain. Brrrrr! Fortunately for some, their booths were under an overpass. But, we stuck it out and saw the whole show. There is also a pic of the Tampa skyline mainly to identify where the show is.
I only picked out a couple of artists to display here. I was a little disappointed in the overall festival, but the artists I am showing here were exceptional.
FIBER ARTIST Kathleen Fulmer..BEAUTIFUL work. Check out her website at www.fabricandtextileart.com It's under construction but it's going to be nice!
The

ladies (and gent) standing about....watching the passersby....they are SCULPTURES! Amazingly lifelike polycast resin and hand painted with artists oils by artist
Marc Sijan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I could not believe the intricate work done on these sculptures. You could even see goosebumps on their "skin". Totally amazing. See the one lady with the overalls and hands in her pockets?? She is real. She stared and stared and stared! As did I. I cannot find a website for this artist, and he was way too busy for me to be asking my silly questions.
There were many other very nice displays and talented artists, but I only picked these two to show here. I did ask permission before I took pictures, and told them I would post on my blog.
The shoe booth was so crowded I couldn't get near it! Painted shoes must be the IN thing, huh?
Hope you enjoyed the show. I did! And yessir, I was a tired puppy when I got home! Seeya later!
Oh yeah, I AM doing Oceandreamers giveaway. I'll post it tomorrow early or perhaps when I get home from work.
