Sunday: It turned pretty cold last night, and very windy and rainy. A storm came through quickly and took some people's power, fortunately not mine. It's like 48 degrees. I know, I know, some of you are up to your eyeballs in snow and below freezing temps, and here I am whining about 48, but this old southern gal is wimpy! When it snows as close as South Carolina and even Atlanta, I get nervous! ;)
Just for fun, I posted some pictures that I think are cute. This is the Rox with her new "shoe" toy. She wouldn't give it up!
Mz. Wee also got a new toy. It was wood with rope hanging off it. This is what is left of the $12.99 toy an hour or so later. The wood is now in teeny cubes. Well, it's what she does! She still has the rope part to destroy. Better than the legs of my dining room table!
When I saw this hawk flying low, I figured it was going to be a cold night. Usually they are so high my zoom can't reach them. But the cloud cover was so low, and misty, this guy kept flying in and out of the clouds. So graceful!
You know, this is a little pathetic! Roxie hates the cold weather, and tiptoes thru the grass when she has to go out in it. Then right back to burrow in the blankets. I caught her snoozing. A few minutes later, I looked again, and the picture below is what I saw. She was totally covered, and you can see her outline on the left side. She is wimpier than me!

LMAO@Ms wee playing with her toys!! Roxie is thee most sweetie darling Judie.. :) My two are 100 odd lbs's each and I wouldn't fit in the bed with them..lol..

Oh what adorable pictures. Molly is just like that finds a blanket or throw and wiggles down in it so all you can see is an ear or a tail!!

Great pics of your pets. Can relate - don't like the cold weather myself and it was 21 degrees here last night in So. GA. very cold for us ~ have to admit I'm ready for summer already.

i am a florida weather wimp too, give me hot anyday...pleas...my pup, sir chancelot does the same things...he tiptoes in rain and cold...he has boots...but sometimes i am too lazy to put them on...love the hawk...i try to capture them in photos all the time...but this is wonderful...blessings today, rebecca
Roxie is so darned cute, especially in the photo where she is all snuggled up in the covers. That's what I did yesterday too. I took two naps!

If your Miz Wee and my dog Maggie got together the could take out a house in an hour I think. I would have liked to do what Roxie did it is so cold and I couldn't get warm.
