...She ate my Gerbera Daisy. After all I did to care for it through the cold spell, propping the stem with one of those plastic tube thingys so it wouldn't droop til it got strong, clipping and watering and loving it....she ate it! Climbed up on the table on the porch when I wasn't looking and clipped it right off with her big beak, tasted it, then left the evidence right there among the leaves in the pot!
Oh, you know who the little monster is...that blue and gold thing that thinks she's special! It's bad enough I have to get after the dog because she wants to dig in the pot for the lizards that run under the leaves and hide. I saved it from the dog several times already. But now........DRAT!!!!!Stop laughing!
